Acknowledgment of Policies:

By booking an appointment with Exhale Spa Skin and Beauty, I acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following policies:

  1. Cancellation Policy: I understand that cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in the loss of a package or 50% of the total service cost. Additionally, any no-show appointments will result in the loss of a package or 100% of the total service cost.

  2. Tardiness Policy: I acknowledge that if I am 15-20 minutes late for my appointment (dependent on appointment length), my appointment may be subject to cancellation, and I will be responsible in accordance with the "No-show" policy.

  3. Illness Cancellation Policy: I understand that the cancellation policy remains in full effect even if I am sick, including with COVID-19. While I may still be charged the cancellation fee, I will be allowed to use the credit for up to 28 days.

  4. No Extra Guest Policy: I acknowledge that no extra guests or children are permitted to accompany me to my appointments at Exhale Spa Skin and Beauty. This policy ensures a tranquil and safe environment for all clients to have a relaxing experience. (unless both have booked appointments consecutively)

  5. Product Refund Policy: I understand that all product sales at Exhale Spa Skin and Beauty are final and non-refundable.

  6. Service Refund Policy: I acknowledge that once a service has been completed, the payment made is considered final and non-refundable. However, Exhale Spa Skin & Beauty take great pride their  work and I am encouraged to communicate any concerns within 48 hours of the service including pictures or revisiting , and Exhale Spa Skin and Beauty will make reasonable efforts to rectify any issues.
